Join our newest teacher Elena and this trauma-informed Yin and Yang Yoga class. In this gentle trauma-informed class we'll be exploring movement and stillness, effort and surrender, finding ways to navigate between the yin (passive) and the yang (active) with ease and self-compassion.
Trauma-informed yoga is all about creating a nourishing and safe environment where you can be fully present with yourself the way you are. It is about meeting your humanness with kindness, encouragement, and non-judgment. The goal of these classes is to help you feel at home in your own body, build greater resilience and self-regulation!
