About this class

Dropping out of the head, and into the body. This class uses a variety of breathwork modalities to take participants from the rush and noise of daily life to a quiet, balanced state of relaxation. An opportunity to press pause on your week, and reacquaint yourself with stillness and silence. Participants will be guided to a state of deep relaxation, balanced energy, and meditative awareness and leave feeling rejuvenated and restored.
