About this class

The Power Yoga class will be a dynamic combination of asanas and variations.  We will start out with a warm-up series of asanas and movements designed to prepare the body for several variations of Surya Namaskar.  We'll then move to the mat for some asanas designed to push some boundaries and burn calories.  We'll end with a deep and long savana.  This used to be my highest attended in-person yoga class before the pandemic.
