About this class

After teaching yoga for more than 14 years I have my own style of yoga that comes from my deep roots in my Ashtanga training, but allows for fluid playful transitions, lots of modifications and freedom to move your body as only you know best.  

You will focus on

  • Liberating tension in the body.
  • Finding nourishing movement, alignment, fluid transitions + inner balance.
  • Quieting the mind and tuning into our body's needs.
  • Core strength.

How to come prepared

  • Yoga mat.
  • Water or warm water with lemon.
  • Comfortable clothes.
  • An open mind.
