About this class

Yoga Foundations is a unique flow based class. We may not move as quickly as your traditional flow classes but will instead allow the space and time to explore specific poses and how they work in our bodies.

We will begin each class with a moment to tune in to the breath then practice connecting breath with some gentle movement. We will then spend the rest of class exploring a specific pose through alignment, technique tricks and modifications that will help support you and your practice! 

For today's class we will explore Warrior 1. We will take a look at alignment and ways to modify the pose to support whatever need your body may have. We will flow through postures that will help build the strength and flexibility needed for you to feel more confident moving through your very own Warrior pose. 

Yoga is for everybody!  

All levels are welcome as modifcations will be provided.

How to come prepared

  • Yoga Props: 2 blocks, a blanket *Not REQUIRED but handy to have!
  • Mat
