"“Feel Good, Do Good”"

Yoga made its way into my life when I was about 14yrs old. I ended up with Rodney Yee’s AM/PM yoga tape in my hands and felt that “spark” after the first time I hit “play”. Even at that age I kept saying that yoga was the only thing that “made the world outside quiet”. I practiced yoga on and off from home over the next several years but didn’t truly dive into my studies until I moved to Nashville. I finally decided to attend a 200hr teacher training in 2019 through Liberation Yoga. Graduation left me even more curious about yoga. When I’m not walking dogs, cooking vegan food or hanging out with my chinchilla, I am studying all things yoga!

My Philosophy

I believe yoga is for everybody. Each person is unique and yoga has a very special practice for each one of us. I’m passionate about helping others find their practice and showing them that it can be made accessible for any shape and/or size. You don’t have to fit any perfect “mold” to practice. We will explore poses through the use of props and other ways to make the practice accessible to anyone’s needs in any given moment.
