About this class

Start your morning with a fun yoga flow! We will begin each class with a moment to tune in to the breath then practice connecting breath with some gentle movement. We will explore the many different poses of yoga through alignment and technique tricks that will help support you and your practice! The heat will turn up in some classes as opportunities to challenge yourself arise while others may leave you relishing a little longer in the inner peace created...either way you will leave class feeling refreshed and confident to take on your day!

Yoga is for everybody!  

All levels are welcome as modifcations will be provided
