About this class

In this hour class, we will draw upon ancient practices while weaving together breathwork, movement and mantra to elevate consciousness. Our practice will draw upon ancient kriya and laya yoga technologies while connecting both Ancient Eastern and Western tradition.

How to come prepared

  • Do not eat a heavy meal before class
