Alexandra Amato is a Kundalini energy yoga teacher and lifetime student. As a practitioner of yoga and meditation since the age of 8, Alexandra has a deep appreciation for the process of spiritual awakening. She has had the privilege of studying under Hari Kaur for her KRI level 1 Kundalini Instructor training. She has completed Ancient Egyptian Shamanism studies and continues to expand her quest for spiritual knowledge through ancient holistic studies.
