About this class

Breathwork is for connecting to your body, shifting stuck energy, opening your heart and connecting to your intuition. It is an incredible tool for moving through stress, anxiety, depression, blocked energy and feelings of uncertainty. If you struggle with energy, sleep, motivation, chronic pain (emotional or physical) this is for you. If you don't struggle with the former, it is still for you. You'll feel a sense of clarity, focus, creativity, calm, connection and balance. 

We will start with a conversation to help frame our work together as well as set intentions or goals. I will then teach you the 'how-to' of the breath practice and we will move into the guided portion of the session. I will facilitate the access point to the deeper layers of the body and mind and work alongside you to bring attention to what needs to be noticed, draw in what you need, and let go of what you don't.
