About this class

We will explore the many different poses of Yoga through the use of props and other modifcations. We will move a little to connect the breath and body then focus on building the strength and flexibilty needed for those core foundations that will support your reqular practice! No experience needed as we will focus on alignment, technique and ways to modify the practice to meet you where you are at. Props are not required but recommended!
