Heal your body and mind with this Distance Reiki Session. In this 45-minute session we will start with a guided meditation created to facilitate deep rest so you can experience full physical and mental healing. By bringing your body into a deep state of relaxation, your subconscious mind is able to create room for unprocessed emotions and experiences to surface and be released without effort. As I share energy, you may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, or deep relaxation. After the session, you may feel refreshed, uplifted or lighter. As you’re detoxing for the next 1-2 days, you may need extra rest and hydration. Every person reacts to Reiki slightly differently, and every session is unique.  This session is perfect for those who struggle with stress, anxiety, and restlessness, or those who need a moment to relax and reset.  Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese form of intuitive energy healing that was discovered around 1920 by Dr Mikao Usui after dedicating his life to spiritual healing practices.  Breaking down the word ‘Reiki’, ‘Rei” means ‘spiritual or higher intelligence’ and ‘Ki’ is the energy that animates all living things. It is the same as Prana, Qi and Chi energy.  The belief is that the energy that flows through and around us is the cause of good health. When the flow of energy is out of balance or distorted then we see illness manifesting in physical and emotional symptoms. A Reiki practitioner will balance the flow of energy in a person restoring an energetic balance that enables the body to begin healing itself. Why does Distance Reiki work ? Energy healings can be offered in-person or distantly.  Remote sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions.  Reiki Masters are attuned to the distance healing symbol which allows them to send reiki across time and space. With the sacred mantra and symbol, Reiki Masters can send healing to people, places, and events from the past, present and future.

How to come prepared

  • Set yourself up in a comfortable and quiet place laying down with any props ( blankets, pillows, eye pillow, water etc..) 10 minutes before session starts.
  • Click on the Start Event Link via your phone or computer 10 minutes before session starts so you don't feel rushed.
  • Silence your phone (including your Apple Watch) so you can truly reset and relax during your session.
  • Eating a light and healthy snack prior to your session if you haven't eaten in a few hours.
