About this class

This Vinyasa flow-based power yoga class will focus on warm-up asanas to protect the body, then dive deeper into Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) with variations and end with grounding asanas, savasana, and a guided meditation.  The Surya Namaskar variations are intense, but students can choose to take easier variations if needed.
