Let go of stress and feel more relaxed right now with these meditations and breathwork exercises you can do anywhere: -Counted breaths to still the body and the mind -Visualization Meditation to let go of unwanted tension -Visualization meditation to increase positive feelings This one hour class will focus on three different aspects of stress after a quick centering exercise and a few stretches to sit comfortably. You will feel at peace with yourself, let go of any negative feelings, and increase positive feelings. This is the class for you if you have been feeling stressed lately or need to slow down and reconnect to yourself.
