About this class

This Vinyasa-based intensive flow will give you a workout.  We'll begin with warming up the body, setting an intention, and then dive into Vinyasa Surya Namaskars (sun salutations) with several variations.  We'll build on the intensity and hold variations to build intensity and heat in the body and get in a workout.  We'll then transition to the mat for savasana / some floor work depending on student requests.
