About this class

Roll + Release is a method of deep-tissue, fascially-focused self-massage that eases and eliminates pain, dramatically increases flexibility, and leaves your whole body feeling completely delicious. Utilizing a combination of myofascial release techniques and yin yoga postures you’ll remove the tension of your day and unwind into relaxation. This is a great class for people with a very active lifestyle (runners, athletes, etc.) OR for those who sit at a desk and/or on a computer for most of the work-day.  Class Duration: 60 Minutes 

You will focus on

  • Calming the Central Nervous System
  • Releasing areas of held tension/tightness
  • Working out stiffness/knots in the body

How to come prepared

  • 2 Myofascial Release Balls (or 2 Tennis Balls)
  • At least 1 Block
  • Strap
