About this class

This is a Balanced Flow class that challenges you to push yourself. Class will blend creative dynamic movements and high repetitions, including a warm up and cool down so you'll leave your mat knowing you got a complete and well-balanced practice.

You will focus on

  • Toning and Increasing your body Flexibility
  • Helping you gain lean, clean muscle
  • Boosting your Energy and Mental Clarity
  • Refreshing, Recharging, and Restoring your mind and body.

How to come prepared

  • Set up your mat & any props ( bricks, strap, and water bottle ) you need for your practice 10 minutes before class starts.
  • Click on Start Event via your phone or computer 10 minutes before class so you don't feel rushed.
  • Silence your phone (including your Apple Watch) so you can truly reset and relax during your class.
  • Eating a light and healthy snack prior to your class if you haven't eaten in a few hours.
