I am dedicated to providing a safe, nourishing environment for people of all walks of life to find their way home to themselves through the practices of meditation, mindfulness, and Reiki. I specialize in working with those who may suffer from diagnosed/undiagnosed symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and trauma. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, I will help you to develop greater connection to yourself body, mind, and spirit. I am a certified meditation/mindfulness instructor, earning my certification through the McLean Meditation Institute where I studied under the direction of Best-Selling Hay House Author, Meditation Expert, and former Army Behavioral Specialist, Sarah McLean. I also have advanced training/certification in military combat stress, trauma, military sexual trauma, post-traumatic stress, and resiliency through "Warriors At Ease". I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner having studied each level of Reiki with Reiki Master Teacher, Ann Mort, through Reflections of Light, where I was trained and certified in the Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing. I offer energy work sessions to help people like you reduce the impact of stress and strain on the body. By balancing the body's bio-energy field, I am able to provide a relaxing experience for others. I am also the author of the book, "The Camouflaged Heart", which details my experiences with trauma, ptsd and traumatic brain injury. It is my personal story that led me to finding my voice in helping others through the modalities of meditation/mindfulness and Reiki. Learning to relax, reduce stress, and find solace in my day to day life has become a way of life for me. I look forward to being your guide.

My philosophy is that we must care for ourselves body, mind, and spirit. When we neglect one of those we begin to experience suffering, we then try to compensate through other means. Balance is essential to healthy living.
