Teresa started her yoga practice over a decade over and is now a 200-RYT certified instructor based in San Francisco and in today’s world, online. She has taught in the places she’s called home including Bali, Washington D.C., and San Francisco. Her own path of healing started when she suddenly lost a partner and was confronted with life’s big questions of life, death, and meaning. Yoga was her path forward, benefiting both on and off the mat. To Teresa, Yoga and specifically Vinyasa is crucial in building the relationship between the breath, body, mind, heart, and spirit. Her Vinyasa classes focus on establishing a solid and intimate relationship with the breath while building in strength and movement, flowing through sequences to develop a full spirit practice. Beginning with meditation, she creates space for others to dive in, develop their practice, and connect to the deep wisdom offered through yoga.
