Maureen Benedict

My mission is to be a cause for transformation. To create in my classes an environment of connection, support, joy and ease. My teaching will challenge you in the most lighthearted way to see what’s possible beyond the confines of self limiting beliefs and encourage you to be your own guru. I have trouble curbing my enthusiasm. I’m a 500 hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor, lululemon ambassador, and most importantly a wife and a mom to three amazing young men. Mentoring and teaching yoga teachers really lights me up. Besides yoga I love my boys, my husband, Buster (my beloved golden retriever), reading, warm sunshine, cold champagne and Italian cars.
