I began to support people in their spiritual wellness and personal growth as a result of a severe illness that had me questioning my purpose, and working in tech was no longer the answer. Seeking direction in ceremony connected me to a deeper expression of the Divine and provided me a new path, where I may be in service. My daughter's neurological disease is an inspiration for me to understand we all have challenges and stories to tell. As a Spiritual Counselor, my purpose is to support people on their evolutionary journey, as they face challenges or intentions for change, where they would like to source a spiritual or contemplative path or way of meaning as a guide. We work together through dialogue and exercises that will empower you to live more fully as your Highest Self to gain balance and fulfillment. My work is informed by Transpersonal theory, Spiritual Guidance theory, Indigenous Wisdom, Buddhism, Consciousness studies and contemplative practices. I hold that my work is guided by a genderless Creator, and Mother Earth. I have a MA Transpersonal Psychology, Graduate Level Certificate in Spiritual Guidance, Labyrinth Facilitator Certificate, Reiki I Certificate, Member Spiritual Directors International, and Published Artist/Writer. We can explore the beneficial methods, which resonate with you, or your group. The techniques worked with may be: -Creative expression: writing & music, visual art, dance and singing -Visualization -Altar building -Journaling -Prayer/Intention setting -Ceremony -Ancestral work -Breath work -Meditation -Drumming, rattling -Smudging: burning herbs to send prayers/intentions, and clearing energy
