For more than a decade, I’ve worked with others to help reduce stress through active attention training, body awareness and basic meditation and yoga techniques. I've conducted workshops and trainings to help others become more in control of their inner world, health and well-being. My intention is to inspire you to help you to achieve your goals, remove stress and tension, and find balance in every daily living. As a former practicing litigation attorney, I understand how life can be overwhelming and deplete energy levels and health. It is through my own personal journey, that i discovered so many amazing techniques and tools which I now offer to you.
