Lets learn 8 main chakra meditation with the mantra and specific exercise with hand mundra's (pranayam) to boost the power of chakra. In combination with tibetian tapping and breathing to get control of our unwanted thoughts and transform them into postive version. 

This 1 hour session everyday will help you not only to be energetic, positive and maintain/develop your focus but will also get you in a routine of meditation and eventually will take you to the depth of miracles because this develpos your inner power (kundalini) and brings you your real desires.
