Come flow, breath,and meditate all from the comfort of your seat or chair! This class will be accessible and inviting for all. Maybe you have limited mobility, currently have an injury, or just need some gentle movement during your work day.  These thirty minutes will help you to release tension and reshift your energy to embrace the rest of your day with gratitude and empowerment!
