Join us for a powerful Hatha Yoga and Tantric Meditation class led by renowned instructor Nic Watson from Ishta Yoga. 

Class begins with pre-meditation Hatha Yoga using mantra and kriyas to prepare the subtle and physical body.

Following the yoga session and guided by Nic's expertise and decades of study, you will learn the ancient techniques from tantra that were passed down to her through her lineage.

The practices cultivate awareness, deepen concentration, and promise deeper intuition and soul connection.. 

The Practice finishes with a grounding using the powerful mantras of arthavatva samyama.

This class is open to practitioners of all levels, whether you are a beginner or have prior yoga experience.
