Take the Journey!!! In this 12 session series we will explore our relationship with Self through the lens of the 12 Chakras. Each session will explore one Chakra starting from the 1st all the way to the 12th and will include discussion on a Chakra, corresponding movement to embody and get to know the Chakra in your body, and a Sound Healing practice to build greater Chakra connection.

We will also explore Mudra, Mantra, and Affirmation practices that you can practice on your own. This is a great way to connect with the Chakras and continue to build your relationship of self discovery!! 

Seekers will gain a new felt sense of presence in the body, tools to self-regulate the Nervous System, and you will be able to find alignment in your Chakra system - all beneficial towards reducing stress, burnout, anxiety and creating a greater sense of calm, inner love and contentment.

You will focus on

  • Foundational learning about each of the 12 Chakras
  • Movement unique to each Chakra
  • Sound practices unique to each Chakra
  • Journaling and Affirmations unique to each Chakra

How to come prepared

  • Find a quiet cozy spot so you won't be disturbed
  • Journal or notebook & pen
  • A clear space for the movement practice, yoga mat or non slip surface
  • Come with an open mind and heart and enjoy this journey of self discovery through the Chakras!
