AUTUMN SESSIONS
(GENTLE YOGA & IREST® YOGA NIDRA)
There’s a change in the air; a coolness, trees swaying and leaves like colourful palettes. Everything in nature, busy again. As autumn signals a
time of transition, might you take some time to
nurture the body and mind.
Ease any stress or strain, and maintain
energy, wellbeing, and perhaps a
sense of wholeness.
By doing a combination of
gentle Yoga movements, followed by
iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, you may experience:
*enhanced well-being
*better stress management
*relief from physical discomfort
*improved sleep
During this short
30-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (10-minute discussion). You may want to have
something to write with for any insights that may arise.
