As Autumn brings back fuller work weeks, darkening days, and cooler weather, give your body and mind a mid-week boost.

We’ll continue to practice a similar sequence for 3-6 weeks

By doing a combination of Yoga movements, iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation

During this short 35-minute practice
, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (5-minute discussion).
