MONTHLY MOVES: 40-MINUTES 

AUTUMN SESSIONS 

(YOGA with touches of IREST® YOGA NIDRA & BREATH PRACTICE)

 

As Autumn brings back fuller work weeks, darkening days, and cooler weather, give your body and mind a mid-week boost.

 

Let’s awaken the body and mind with intention, nourishing breath practice, and supportive movement. 

We’ll continue to practice a similar sequence for 3-6 weeks, so our bodies and mind can move more easily without needing to think too hard.

 

Ease any stress or strain, and maintain energy, wellbeing, and perhaps a sense of wholeness.

 

By doing a combination of Yoga movements, iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, and breath practice, you may experience:

 

*enhanced well-being

*better stress management

*relief from physical discomfort

*improved sleep


 

During this short 35-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (5-minute discussion).

  • Interweaving supportive practices
  • Integrating skillful breathing
  • Grounding during the guided iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation
  • Tuning in as the body gently leads each Yoga movement

How to come prepared

  • Put on comfy clothing that your body can move in.
  • Settle into a cozy space and onto surfaces that support movement as well as release.
  • Prepare any other supports, such as cushions, blankets, or essential oils.
  • Be open to whatever may appear during our time together (perhaps even ease & relief).
