Yoga layered with elements of Pilates and Weights. Integrating postures (asanas) of yoga with the shapes of pilates and weight training to encourage inner strength, isometric muscle management, and lean toning.
Results appear within three days of continuous practice for a minimum of 30mins a day. Combine with healthy drinking and eating habits along with any meditation and you have yourself a complete preventative care resolution to combat future illness.
