About this class
Yin yoga we hold poses from 3-5mins to break down the areas we hold tension and stress while gently and powerfully awakening to the fullness of our potential. We break through barriers by slowing down and generating heat to penetrate the areas of tenderness to melt away what has created a "stickiness" within the fascia.
Good for all levels of practitioners.
Props are highly encouraged and depended on for the best result of the practice.
