Mindful Movement with Priyanka merges mindfulness, and movement, into an uplifting yoga practice.
This style of yoga allows the energy/prana to flow freely throughout the body, and allows you to access a deeper level of awareness, self connection and experience a greater sense of clarity and peace.
Focuses on balancing and restoring the energy within the body with the help of different asanas/poses.
As we flow through the practice, we practice in a traditional style incorporating ques to connect with the breath, and body.
I encourage you to whisper out loud affirmations, that are reaffirming of your essence,
contemplate some of the deeper meanings/reflections of yoga poses, thereby deepening and healing your sense of self gently, without being too intense.
You will reap the benefits within five days of continuous practice for a minimum of 30 mins a day.
Ensure that you cultivate healthy drinking and eating habits along with any meditation from my youtube channel and this will work as one of the best self care you can ever do for you self.
