RELEASE & RESTORE: 40-MINUTES 
SUMMER SESSIONS 
(GENTLE YOGA & IREST® YOGA NIDRA)

 

Lush trees, fragrant flowers, chirping birds and insects; nature’s fullest and most vibrant expression, stimulating and enlivening all our senses. This summer might you take some time to welcome all of life’s messengers with Jen.

Deeply connect with the mind and body to ease residual stress or strain, and restore energy, health, and perhaps a sense of wholeness.

 

By doing a combination of gentle Yoga movements, followed by iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, you may experience:

*enhanced well-being
*better stress management
*relief from physical discomfort
*improved sleep

 

During this short 30-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (10-minute discussion). You may want to have something to write with for any insights that may arise.

You will focus on

  • Settle into a guided meditation for self discovery or settle into a co-meditation dyad for self discovery allowing what you are personally experiencing in that moment to lead the way.w
  • Welcome sensations / emotions / thoughts, at your own pace and in your own way
  • Experience a deep state of rest.
  • Integrate new understanding into your everyday life.

How to come prepared

  • Put on comfy clothing that your body can move as well as rest in.
  • Settle into a cozy space and onto surfaces that support movement as well as release.
  • Prepare any other supports, such as cushions, blankets, essential oils, or an eye pillow.
  • Be open to whatever may appear during our time together (perhaps even sleep).
