About this class
This 30-minute flow will help strengthen your core, challenge your balance, and increase your flexibility. I like to focus on fun transitions from pose to pose. You are welcome to take what speaks to you and leave the rest. I offer lots of options in poses so that you can do what feels right for you today.
I find that rigorous yoga flows get me out of my head and into my body. This is especially helpful during times of stress, grief, or worry. They’re also great when you feel joyful and want to celebrate all that your amazing self can do.
