Hi, I'm Paula!

As an Ayurvedic Health and Lifestyle Coach, I love to focus on helping people establish better Daily Habits that take care of the mind/body, and spirit. Ayurveda (ancient body-wisdom tradition and the sister science to Yoga) calls these daily habits DINACHARYA, which literally means "daily routines."

I love to see these intentional daily routines are a proclamation of how you want to show up in your life because what you do daily creates your weeks, months, years, and life.

It's also not about doing so "perfectly" because we all know that perfect doesn't exist. Instead, it's about establishing healthy habits that you do "most of the time." Ayurveda also sees each of us as unique beings that often require different tools, approaches, and techniques to support our growth, so the individual and their unique circumstances are always considered.
