About this class

Taking your practice deeper. Power yoga is not the athletic yoga of moving quickly between shapes. Power Yoga is the heat within that translates through movement and form. This class takes you through a journey of facing your fears, challenges you to breathe in moments of uncertainty, and invites you to celebrate the ups and downs. Through each experience, you will emerge stronger as a whole. Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. 

Results appear within three days of continuous practice for a minimum of 30mins a day. Combine with healthy drinking and eating habits along with any meditation and you have yourself a complete preventative care resolution to combat future illness. 

We offer a few variations to address some expressions of mobility. Please practice with care.
