By doing a combination of
gentle Yoga movements, followed by
iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, you may experience:

*relief from physical discomfort
*improved sleep
During this short
30-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (
10-minute discussion). You may want to have
something to write with for any insights that may arise.
