Hello sweet soul,
When our Root chakra is out of balance, we can experience feelings of anxiety, fear, insecurity, and powerlessness. During this workshop, we will learn and practice simple ways to balance your Root chakra. A balanced Root chakra leaves you feeling empowered, feeling safe in your skin, feeling grounded, and less anxious.
During this workshop, we will:
Practice breathwork exercises to activate and heal our Root chakra
Practice yoga poses for our Root chakra
Participate in ecstatic dance (free flow body movement) to heal and activate our Root chakra
