About this class

Chakra yoga flow with Priyanka focuses on balancing and restoring the energy within the body by stimulating each chakra.

As we flow through the practice, we combine traditional yoga poses with corresponding chakras, and add chakra-based affirmations, to deepen the practice.

This style of yoga allows the energy/prana to flow freely throughout the body, and allows a practitioner to access a deeper level of awareness, self connection and experience a greater sense of clarity and peace.
