You can meditate! Subtle Energy Meditation is easy to do and feels great! It gives you a stable sense of inner presence, peace, and flow that connects you with all of Life, intuitive guidance, and who you are as Vast Awareness. In these Subtle Energy Meditation classes, I’m going to share two essential inner skills and a sequence of inner cues to put them into practice in meditation and in life. The first skill is Interoception, the ability to feel inside your body. This skill is the foundation of being able to consciously relax, recognize and release inner tensions, and connect with inner knowing and the vastness of who you are AS Awareness. As you tune into inner sensations, it is important to approach whatever you discover, especially uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, with a second inner skill, Mindfulness, paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, nonjudgmentally—with curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion. This skill is so absent in our world that is so focused on self-judgment, storytelling, and division. What a difference it makes when we can fully accept ourselves, others, and all that is. In the clarity of acceptance, we can respond appropriately and skillfully to whatever happens.
