About this class

A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice to calm your mind, body, and spirit.  Class will include breathwork, body movement, and end with a meditation.

You will focus on

  • enhancing mind & body connection
  • easing anxiety, stress, & depression
  • activating "rest & digest" mode
  • feeling safe and secure in your body

How to come prepared

  • Have a yoga mat or blanket
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Have a private, quiet space
  • Earbuds or headphones for a better experience
