Start your day with calm and mindfulness. This quiet devotional will focus on bringing your awareness and attention to self -realization: the inner journey from the self, through the self, to the self with practice of gentle slow paced deep breathing (Pranayama) such as Ujjayi, Nodi Shodhana, or Sama Vritti.  Regular practice of Sadhana helps calm the mind, reduces anxiety, eases tension, relaxes the nervous system, boosts lung capacity, generates energy, and cools the body.  Sadhana also supports Santosha, the practice of "complete contentment" and self care.
