About this class

A gentle yoga practice for those that experience chronic stress and anxiety and those that have experienced dysfunction and trauma.  Our practice is designed to activate your parasympathetic system (rest & digest mode), release stored emotions, and feel safe and secure in your body.  We will begin with breathwork, move into body movement, and then end in Savasana with a guided body relaxation meditation.

You will focus on

  • enhancing mind & body connection
  • decreasing anxiety, stress, & depression
  • activating "rest & digest" mode
  • feeling safe and secure in your body

How to come prepared

  • Have a yoga mat or blanket
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Have a private, quiet space
  • Earbuds or headphones for a better experience
