Includes dharma talk, breathwork, meditation, strength exercises, twists, balances, and a taste of working out the aches of a desk-job, through a therapeutic lense. Based on class energy, there may be an invitation to be playful with arm balances, although alternative options will be offered. The class intention is to build a yoga life beyond the mat.
