About this class

A gentle yoga practice for those that have experienced dysfunction or trauma.  Our practice is designed to activate your parasympathetic system (rest & digest mode), release stored emotions in the body, and feel safe and secure in your body.  We will begin with breathwork, move into body movement, then we will end in Savasana with guided body relaxation meditation.

You will focus on

  • enhancing mind & body connection
  • decreasing anxiety, stress, & depression
  • activating "rest & digest" mode
  • feeling safe and secure in your body

How to come prepared

  • Have a yoga mat or blanket
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Have a private, quiet space
  • Earbuds or headphones for a better experience
