About this class

Enliven the Inner Intelligence of your body and discover how to restore balance from the inside out. Maharishi Yoga Asana is designed for all Ayurvedic Doshic constitutions. If you do not know what a dosha is or what your constitution is, then click here to take the assessment and learn more about your unique physiological makeup. This is known as Prakriti in Sanskrit. 

The poses are thoughtfully put together in a unique sequence by his holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to awaken the body's inner intelligence and prepare you for Transcendental Meditation, also known as TM

We practice on an empty stomach. Class is focused on 21 poses and ends in pranayama before an invitational mediation that is done for 20mins. The meditation is optional and not included within the class time. We practice all poses 3 -5 times and rest in between. 

The poses never change but the body and mind do.
