This 45-minute all-levels* asana will challenge you to grow, strenghten, train and tone the mind, body and soul! Discover for yourself the healing and transformative power of breath and linked movement in this intention driven practice. Classes will each have their own unique tailored theme and foci. *All-Level classes are defined by the leveled variations and adjustments offered to either up or down scale the intensity of each posture in order to customize the practice to your own unique ability and intention.
