Every Kundalini Yoga class includes breathwork, mantra, physical yoga, and a meditation. In this evening class we'll move the body gently followed by a peaceful meditation. Use this class to reset your priorities in the middle of the week and set yourself up for a restorative night's sleep. No experience necessary.
