About this class

Monday's come with all of its surprises. Before heading out to face the week, let's take a quick 30mins to set the tone of the day. Class begins with meditation and intention setting, followed by a warm-up, movement, and rest. 

All levels of experience are welcomed and you are welcome to modify them to fit your level of intensity or gentleness. What do you need to do and offer yourself just that? 

Use any tools that you may need to ensure your practice is comfortable and empowering. 

 It is always best to inform your physician of any changes to your workout routine.
