Explore the poses and adapt them to work for your body at a mellower pace linking breath to the motion. We use props to include a chair or wall at times for subtle balance and support. Please consider using or having available a chair, strap, yoga blocks, knee pad, and any tools you need to enrich your practice.
Each class is designed to explore an area where we find ourselves a bit stuck and utilize pranayama (breath force) to remove blocked areas. Meditation is led at the beginning and end of each class and each class is different.
